STAFFORD, VA · MOBILE & BY APPOINTMENT
Expert Hands. Care Without Compromise. Built For Independence
One-on-one physical therapy that comes to you — 75 unhurried minutes with the same Doctor of Physical Therapy every visit, built around your body and your goals instead of an insurance company's visit limit.
WHAT IS DIVINE PHYSICAL THERAPY
Care built for the whole person, not the visit limit — because people heal faster when one clinician has enough time to understand what's actually going on.
Divine Physical Therapy is a mobile, direct-pay physical therapy practice serving Stafford County and surrounding Virginia communities. Dr. Thea Paige, PT, DPT, treats orthopedic injuries, pelvic health and postpartum conditions, neurological and balance concerns, and movement performance — one-on-one, in 75-minute sessions, in your home. HSA and FSA funds are accepted, and superbills are provided on request for out-of-network reimbursement.
Founded in December 2016, Divine Physical Therapy was created so Dr. Paige could share her true passion for caring for others—with the time, attention, and clinical skill needed to support meaningful healing and recovery.
WHAT WE TREAT
Five pillars of care, one clinician.
Dr. Paige’s experience spans acute hospital care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics, and pelvic health. That breadth shapes both one-on-one care and practical education through workshops—helping individuals, families, teams, and community groups better understand movement, recovery, and what supports long-term health.

OUR APPROACH
Care designed with time, attention and focus.
Every plan of care follows the same five steps — so you always know what happens next, and why.
01
Discovery Consultation
A brief conversation with Dr. Paige to discuss your concerns, your goals, and whether this practice is the right setting for your care.
04
One-on-one sessions
Every visit is with Dr. Paige — no aides, no double-booking, no starting over with a new clinician halfway through.
02
Comprehensive evaluation
75 minutes of history, whole-body movement assessment, and identification of what is actually driving your pain or limitation.
05
Independent care
Most clients graduate after a short course of treatment, then return periodically for prevention, performance or seasonal check-ins.
03
Individualized plan
Manual therapy, corrective exercise, movement retraining, instrument-assisted techniques and dry needling when appropriate.

Dr. Thea Paige
PT, DPT, CMTPT, PCES
She opened Divine Physical Therapy in December 2016 to treat people the way she always believed mobile outpatient physical therapy should be delivered — divinely. She still keeps clinical hours at a community inpatient rehabilitation hospital, which is why she is comfortable with the recoveries that fall between hospital discharge and a busy outpatient clinic.
